    Return & Refund Policy

    The Refund Policy below applies to all Photoshoot packages and services purchased through Get Damed, Mad Dame.

    ✨ Refund & Rescheduling Policy – Mad Dame

    Booking Deposits
    All shoots require a non-refundable deposit (50% to full payment) to secure your spot. This ensures your time is held exclusively and covers preparation, communication, and studio planning.

    Cancellations
    Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made more than 7 days prior. No-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of your shoot will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

    Rescheduling
    You may request to reschedule your appointment once, with a minimum of 7 days notice. Multiple reschedules, or cancellations following a reschedule, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

    No Refunds After Completion
    Refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, or unmet expectations once your photoshoot has taken place and the service has been fulfilled.

    Lateness
    If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time. Sessions shortened due to lateness will not be refunded or extended.

    If Mad Dame Cancels
    In the rare event that Mad Dame needs to cancel or reschedule your shoot, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

    Turnaround Times
    Final galleries and edited images are delivered within the standard timeframe communicated at the time of booking. Please allow for potential delays during peak periods.

    Image Usage & Copyright
    Mad Dame retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial or third-party use requires written permission and may incur licensing fees.

    Please Acknowledge: 

    Mad Dame offers ENERGETIC CREATIVE LIBERATIVE energy within a creative environment for the photoshootee to play in.

    • Mad Dame is in no way solely responsible for ‘making’ me feel a certain way, ‘look’ a certain way.
    • I acknowledge that only I can change the way I feel about myself and only I can change the way I see myself.
    • I understand this will be a fun, creative experience that requires both My energy and Mad Dame’s energy combined for the best result.
    • I am ready for this experience to show me something I did not know I needed or would find.
    • I accept my body and how I am, as I am today.
    • I trust Mad Dame and know what we create will be amazing.
    • I will have an open heart to the experience (even if I am nervous or feeling vulnerable) that the final visual outcome will be perfect the way it is.
    • I will try my best to arrive with less expectations & pressure upon myself, towards something that hasn’t even happened - therefor does not even exist yet.
    • I understand that fear creates a resistance that blocks truth and creativity. 

    Our Return policy lasts 7 days.

    Due to health and hygiene, we can not offer a refund or exchange on cosmetic, personal care items based on change of mind.

    Returns on any other products exclusive of Personal Care and cosmetic items, must be made in writing directly to md@mad-dame.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting order number and reasons. 

    No returns are acceptable without Mad Dame prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

     

    Damaged goods

    Items that arrive damaged, default in product or are incorrectly supplied, are eligible for refund or replacement. 

    Please advise us immediately within 7 days of incorrectly supplied, or damaged goods. 

    If the fault is visible, you must provide a photograph.

    Visual packing damage on arrival of receiving goods should be noted on the consignment when you sign for your goods by the delivery driver when optional.

     

    The product must be returned to us within 15 working days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

     

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

     

    Dissatisfaction

     

    We feel very confident in the Personal Care produces we offer, however due to the pandemic, we are not accepting any product returns at this time.

    In the case of an allergic reaction, please take a photo and contact Customer service immediately for more information.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We will not exchange your items if you change your mind or product didn’t meet your expectations.

    If you need to exchange it for the same item, and meets the Return Policy send us an email at md@mad-dame.com.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Refunds

    We do not offer a refund on any item over 7 days after purchase or that do not meet the Return Policy requirements.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
